Autumn is here and it is one of may favourite times of the year for dressing up! Lots of layers, berry shades and fabulous texture in fabrics.
So for another in my series of making your wardrobe work for every occasion – I have put together 4 ways to wear one of my favourite pieces I picked up for this season from a charity shop – the must have in any wardrobe – a velvet jacket – taking inspiration from the runway with designers such a Gucci (of course!!), YSL and Prada this is how I have styled it for different occasions.
Casual days – vintage Levis – Lovering & Co, 70’s blouse -Taxi Vintage, Jacket and loafers charity shop, Dior bag Ebay.
Sunday lunch – tartan skirt Retreat Vintage, sweater Primark, 80’s boots and bag Ebay.
Business and lunch in town – 70’s dress Sue Ryder Vintage, wooly tights Jarrolds, shoes Top Shop and bag vintage from somewhere?
Cocktails – lurex top Stylist and the Collector collection, Diorling skirt Ebay and 60’s shoes Ebay.
